These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between you ("Player", "User", "you") and salambet789 ("salambet789", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") in respect of your access to and use of the salambet789 website, mobile browser platform, games, promotions, and all associated services.

These Terms apply to all players in Pakistan and internationally who register or use the salambet789 platform. By completing the registration process, making a deposit, or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation.

1 Definitions

In these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" means the salambet789 website, mobile browser interface, and all games, services, and features made available therein.
• "Account" means the registered player account created at salambet789, holding your PKR balance, transaction history, and gaming preferences.
• "Real Money Balance" means the PKR funds held in your account that have been deposited directly by you and are not subject to any bonus wagering requirements.

• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee — the currency in which all balances, bets, wins, and transactions are denominated on the salambet789 Platform.
• "Game" means any casino game, live dealer game, crash game, Jackpot Slot, Cockfighting market, or sports betting market available on the salambet789 Platform.

2 Eligibility & Registration

To register a valid account at salambet789, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration;
• Provide a valid Pakistan mobile number (any network — Jazz, Telenor, Zong, Ufone, or Warid) to which you have personal and exclusive access;
• Provide accurate personal information during registration, including your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC;
• Not be a current employee, director, or contractor of salambet789 or any affiliated company;
• Not be subject to any self-exclusion order previously placed with salambet789;
• Register only one account — duplicate registrations are prohibited and will result in account closure.

salambet789 reserves the right to request identity verification at any stage of the registration process or during the lifetime of your account. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.

3 Account Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your salambet789 Login credentials — including your mobile number, username, and password. You must not disclose your login credentials to any third party. salambet789 will never ask you for your password via email, SMS, or live chat.

You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account, whether or not you authorised that activity. If you become aware of any unauthorised access to your account, you must notify salambet789 support immediately via live chat.

• Never share your account credentials with any other person;
• Never allow a third party to access, fund, or operate your account on your behalf;
• Keep your registered Pakistan mobile number active and accessible — it is used for OTP verification and account recovery;
• Ensure your registered email address (if provided) remains valid and accessible;
• Notify salambet789 promptly if your registered mobile number changes or is deactivated.

4 Deposits

salambet789 accepts deposits from Pakistan players via the following methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, UBL Transfer (IBFT), Raast, HBL, MCB Bank, Meezan Bank, SadaPay, Bank Alfalah, and USDT TRC20. Available payment methods may vary from time to time. All deposits are denominated and credited in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).

• Minimum single deposit: 500 PKR (five hundred Pakistani Rupees);
• Deposits via Easypaisa and JazzCash are credited to your salambet789 balance instantly under normal network conditions;
• Deposits via UBL Transfer and bank IBFT are credited within 5–30 minutes on Pakistan business days;
• salambet789 does not charge any fees on standard deposits. Any charges imposed by your bank or mobile wallet provider are separate and outside salambet789's control;
• Deposits must originate from a payment account held in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited;
• salambet789 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on large or unusual deposit transactions.

Deposits made in error or deposited from an account not belonging to the registered player may be returned at salambet789's sole discretion, minus any applicable transaction processing costs.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawal of real money balances from your salambet789 account is subject to the following conditions:

• You must have completed a full KYC (Know Your Customer) verification — CNIC photograph and selfie — before any withdrawal is processed;
• Withdrawals are only processed to payment accounts registered in your own name. Withdrawal to a third-party account is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension;
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, subject to compatibility. If your deposit method does not support withdrawals, salambet789 support will advise on alternative methods;
• Standard Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals are processed on the same business day for requests submitted before 5 PM Pakistan Standard Time (PKT);
• UBL Transfer withdrawals are processed on the same business day for requests submitted before 3 PM PKT;
• Minimum withdrawal amount: 1,000 PKR (one thousand Pakistani Rupees);
• salambet789 does not impose withdrawal fees on standard PKR withdrawals. Bank charges imposed by receiving institutions are not within salambet789's control.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

salambet789 offers promotions to registered players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and VIP loyalty rewards. All promotions are subject to specific terms published alongside each promotion on the salambet789 Promotions page, in addition to these general Terms.

• Bonus funds are credited to your Bonus Balance and are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted;
• Wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, and expiry periods vary per promotion and are stated in the individual promotion terms;
• salambet789 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or expire any promotion at any time without prior notice;
• Attempting to exploit bonuses through coordinated betting strategies, arbitrage, or systematic exploitation of promotional terms constitutes bonus abuse and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of bonus funds;
• Only one account per player, per household, and per IP address may claim any individual promotion unless otherwise stated;
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash without meeting wagering requirements.

7 Game Rules & Fairness

All games available on the salambet789 Platform — including live casino tables, Jackpot Slots, Aviator crash games, Cockfighting, and sports betting markets — operate according to specific game rules published within each game interface.

• All slot and RNG-based games at salambet789 use certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) audited by independent testing laboratories;
• Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for certified slot games are disclosed in the individual game information panels;
• Live dealer games are operated by third-party certified live casino providers. Game outcomes are determined by real-world physical events observed by certified cameras and authenticated by licensed software;

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading personal information during registration or KYC verification;

• Using the Platform for any money laundering or financial crime purpose;
• Employing automated systems, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to interact with the Platform or games;
• Exploiting any software bug, glitch, or vulnerability in the Platform or any game to gain an unfair advantage;
• Colluding with other players or engaging in coordinated betting strategies to exploit promotions or gaming systems;
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing any salambet789 staff member or other player via any communication channel;

• Allowing access to your account by a person under the age of 18.

9 Responsible Gaming

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, salambet789 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to safeguard your login credentials;
• Game outcome results or betting losses, which are inherent to participation in gambling activities;
• Service interruptions, platform downtime, or technical faults beyond salambet789's reasonable control, including telecommunications failures, internet outages, or third-party payment provider delays;

salambet789 shall not be liable for damages exceeding the net real money balance held in your account at the time the relevant claim arises. Nothing in these Terms limits salambet789's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

12 Privacy & Data
